innLoop Social is a social media tool made by Innloop Technologies, SR Buildings, Burma Road, Kumarapuram, Medical College P.O, Trivandrum 695011, Kerala, India. It helps businesses write, design and publish posts to their own Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts.

What we collect

• Your account details: name, email address and a securely hashed password.
• Your business details that you enter: name, logo, tagline, phone, WhatsApp, website and Instagram name.
• The posts you create: text, captions, hashtags and the images you make or upload.
• When you connect Facebook or Instagram: the Page and account names and the access permission (token) needed to publish posts you approve. We do not receive your Facebook or Instagram password.

How we use it

• To write captions with AI, build flyers and Reels, and publish the posts you approve.
• To show you your saved drafts and posts.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not use your Facebook or Instagram data for advertising.

Services we use

• Anthropic (Claude) writes captions from the details you type.
• Pixabay supplies free stock photos when you search for one.
• Railway hosts the app and its database.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receives the posts you choose to publish.

Keeping and deleting data

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can disconnect Facebook or Instagram at any time. To delete your account and all its data, including any Facebook or Instagram connection, email info@innloop.in from your account email and we will delete it within 30 days.
