Terms of Service

These terms apply to innLoop Social, provided by Innloop Technologies, Trivandrum, Kerala, India. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your content

• You own the text, logos and photos you add. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service.
• You are responsible for what you publish: prices, dates and offers must be true, and you must have the right to use any photo, logo or music you upload. Do not use copyrighted film songs.
• AI-written captions are suggestions. Please read every post before you approve it.

Facebook and Instagram

We only publish posts that you approve, to Pages and accounts you connect. You must follow Meta's own terms and community standards. You can disconnect at any time.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in Indian rupees plus GST. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the month already paid, and that month is not refunded.

Fair use

Do not use the service for spam, misleading offers, or anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. We are not liable for lost business caused by platform outages, rejected posts or changes made by Meta. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.

Law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala have jurisdiction.
